More Easton Mako Bat Pictures Surface

Here is another picture of the all new, 2014 Easton Mako BBCOR bat. We think it looks pretty good. We should have a new composite BBCOR Mako bat in our hands soon, and we plan to swing this bat non-stop. Our sources at Easton are more excited about the new Mako bats than we have seen for any bat launch in recent history.

We actually saw this bat in the top secret Easton testing laboratory about a year ago. It is pretty cool to see a gray bat in a lab turn into the next big line of baseball band softball bats. Easton Mako reviews will be posted as soon as we get some test/demo bats.

    • Composite Bats says:

Easton Mako bats will be available in a minus 10 big barrel, a minus 12 junior big barrel, a minus 11 youth bat, a tee ball bat, and a minus 10 fastpitch Mako, as well as the BBCOR Mako.

  6. what is the difference between the mako and the xl1? Other than the composite.

    • CMGRobert says:

The Mako has not been released yet… we will not have the final specs until the launch in August.

    • BaseballDad says:

the Mako is a cross between a XL1 and S1. i’ve swung this bat last month in a college baseball tournament to remain nameless….
its a little more end loaded than the S1 but not as much as the XL1. pop is about the same on all 3 bats, it comes down to how fast you can swing it when it comes to BBCOR.

  7. When will the Mako fastpitch bat come out and how much?

  8. This is a very good bat. I have the 2 1/4 but I want the big barel soon
